We are glad to share that we are on schedule and everything has been progressing smoothly.

THAT’S A WRAP! LOOKING BACK ON 2021
From all of us here at Maax Global, we would like to wish you and your families a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our shareholders, buyers and teams who have made 2021 the year it was.
Maax Global feel very privileged to have had the opportunity to work with and collaborate with such brilliant people, communities and councils. Despite another year of hard lockdowns and challenges, we believe that the positivity and gratitude shared by our teams made it overall a year of success, growth and happiness. We are so grateful for all the support we have had this past year and look forward to another year of fun and success.
Maax Global successfully released Dalgona at Duneed, Voltaire Armstrong Creek, Moonstone Estate and Ciara Heights Greenvale. We also announced some of next year's upcoming projects too, making it not only a successful year, but a year of excitement and growth.
We were truly blown away by the public response to our estates, in particular with Dalgona at Duneed which sold out in record timing!
Behind the scenes, the Maax Global team grew and it grew strong. We were delighted to welcome more team members, as well as more project investors and partnerships.
During 2021, we also launched our new website, upgraded our construction updates to video updates, launched an investor portal for our shareholders and attended many virtual industry events and charity functions.
We are grateful for the past year and look forward to what 2022 brings.

Just like that Dalgona at Duneed has sold out of all land parcels! Here at Maax Global we are blown away by the huge demand in our estate and are so excited to announce an exclusive release of House and Land Packages that will be available through our selling partner LandLaunch.

DALGONA AT DUNEED VIRTUAL BUYING PROCESS
We are very excited to be releasing stage 1 of Dalgona at Duneed tomorrow (September 18th) however due to the recent announcement, as per Government guidelines, we are unable to host the in-person launch family event. This is unfortunate news, however we are still very excited for tomorrow's virtual release!
Those who have registered online will be sent a price list, plans and all relevant information upon registration prior to the release of the lots tomorrow morning.
Stage 1 and 2 will be released at 9am tomorrow with a first-in-best-dressed order. All requests/ calls/ emails will be catered for in a chronological order to ensure equal buying opportunity. We aso ask that buyers only book 1 lot per name due to high demand in the Mount Duneed area.
You can secure your block of choice with a $1,000 deposit which is to be paid online or via phone call with the LandLaunch sales team from 9am-7pm.

We are excited to announce that our upcoming estate Dalgona at Duneed is launching on September 18th, 2021. This will be a very exciting day for both buyers and our teams and therefore we would like to welcome you all to our family fun launch day event which will be held on site at 110 Whites Road Mount Duneed.
Come by anytime from 10am-5pm to enjoy a day full of fun, friendship and opportunity!
There will be a BBQ (with vegetarian options too), fairy floss, popcorn, face painting and live entertainment along with the opportunity to be the first to secure your dream block of land. The friendly sales team at LandLaunch will be at the event, offering support and assistance in choosing the block of land you desire!
